They can be used to help someone with a reservation, at the 11 month window at BCV.
They are not transferrable.
The 37/August/2004/USE YEAR/BCV POINTS will be transferrable on June 17,2004 when my contract closes.
If you are interested in transferring points. I am interested in one transfer, to make it quick, with buyer paying me first, then i transfer points, one minute later.
