Hello All -
I just returned from a 10 day trip to Disney/Universal. I went to the Magic Kingdom last Tuesday and it was extremely crowded. I asked one of the Cast Members as I was leaving (10:00PM or so) how many people were here today and he replied 36,000 plus! He was serious, no joking around!

According to other Cast Member I spoke with the reason for the high attendance on Tuesday was because of the poor weather on Monday. Basically, we had 2 days worth of crowds on Tuesday. Monday, May 3rd was dead because of the all day rain. I can agree with this because we went back on thursday and the crowd was low to moderate.

We had a great trip. I will post more in the coming days.

Well, they say that Monday is the biggest crowd day at MK. So I guess since they couldn't go Monday they went Tuesday along with all the regular Tues people. Sure hope most of the Diser's touring that day chose a different park.

Hope that doesn't happen when we go in Dec. If so, will have to "hop" over to another park.

Looking forward to your trip report::yes:: :wave2:

We went to AK on Tuesday last week and it was the most crowded I've ever seen it. The safari was 65 minutes and fastpass time was 90 minutes away. On our previous May trips, we usually got a fastpass about 40 minutes away and standby was more like 30 to 45 minutes. I thought maybe it was because of the bad weather Monday. I knew not to go near MK on a day when Spectro was running at night. We went to MK Wednesday and it was that bad except for Fantasyland. I walked on Space Mt about noon.

36,000 isn't really too big a crowd. I've been there with attendance of 70,000 -- at least that's what a CM said.

Any CM's who can comment.

I was at Ak on Tues, first time, and I thought the crowds were very managable. I can't imagine if that was actually a bad day. Mk on wed was fine. MGM on Thurs fine too and Mk on Fri was fine. Fantasyland was always the most crowded but doable with the fast pass.
