<font color=navy>My ex could always tell I had a headache because I would put pressure against the back of my front teeth to relieve the pain.
I still get the pain/pressure on my teeth when I get sinus headaches. Also, I feel pressure around my eyes and cheeks - not fun.
What helps me best is to take sudafed or sinutabs like Robin, or even the generic kind - this relieves the pressure but not really the pain. I wait an hour and then take two Excedrin, or the generic aspirin that's strong like Excedrin. I have to do this as soon as it starts (like around 1:30 am or so) or I'll have to deal w/the pain the rest of the day.
What I did, and it turned out bad, was I was taking the antihistamine almost everyday to deal w/sinus pain -- I ended up w/a dry mouth - and thus ended up with cavities (after 41 years of not having any at all) -- so be careful about taking the medication... and drink a LOT of water. oh, Vit C is supposed to help, too (but I don't take it regularly)
My sympathies to you.
