350 BWV points needed for 2BR rental 3/11-18

I'm interested in having a reservation made for me at BWV for a 2BR (preferred view if available) for 3/11-18. I've heard that people sometimes use an escrow arrangement to give everyone peace of mind -- if anyone interested making the reservation for me has a friend who is a lawyer and is willing to hold the money, that's good enough for me. I'm willing to pay the entire amount up front upon the reservation being made and to add interest at a 10% annual rate (or 5% for the six months) to compensate for the delay until March in the seller getting the money (but the seller also gets the certainty of knowing I've paid in full). Plus your lawyer may be able to put it in an interest-bearing account to earn additional interest during the next six months. Please let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks.
