35 to young for Menopause? Ladies need help

Hi ladies, I am just wondering if sweating - just armpit sweat - is the begining of menopause? I have been off Birth control for about 1 year now after being on it for over 15 years and in the last 4 or so months I sweat so much it embarasses me at work leaving sweat rings on my clothing - no matter what type of Deorderant/Anti Persperant I use! Thanks for any advise/help.. Michelle

I started going through menopause at 41. I do not remember sweaty arm pits being a problem. When I would have a hotflash, it would come over my entire body. Have you specifically used an anti perspirant? Everyone is different and some may experience symptons of menopause that others do not have.

I doubt that it is menopause.

My friend had this happen to her in her early 30s. She was totally ruining all her clothes. It is overactive sweat glands. She went to the doctor and she got a prescription for a deoderant called Drysol. Works wonders.

My sister in law was 36 when she went through menopause and didn't even know it. She had no symptoms at all. Luckily she was done with having children.
