I did this today and will let you all know if I do indeed get my cashback.

Provided this works, its over $100 off the New 32GB iphone and $70 off the 16gb phone. I actually think it will work with ANY purchase in the AT & T store, but being an Iphone-phile, I only cared about that.

If you are eligible to upgrade by September, then AT and T is waiving the wait period and you can get the fully subsidized phone. Go to your AT & T Account and click upgrade and you can see if you are eligible without making a purchase. I bought on Launch day for the 3G. I wasn't going to upgrade at all until my boss told me about the CNET article.

Could you point me in the right direction?!? Being new to AT&T I am not familiar at all with their website.

Search ATT Wireless in Bing. Click on the Cashback Icon next to the result.

At that point, in the background, it navigates to the ATT Site. In the foreground, you'll see a box pop up asking you to enter in your email address or log in. Follow the instructions, sign up for a cashback account using your Windows Live ID account. Once the account is setup, I would close the browser and reopen it. Go to Bing again and search for ATT Wireless. Click on the Bing Cashback link and login. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the ATT website. At that point, log in to the ATT site (or if you are new customer, just follow the instructions to sign up for ATT) and go from there.

Yes... But you can cancel and resubmit your order using this. My boss at work did this after I sent him the article.

But its not a savings, its cashback. So you pay the full price and then get a kickback. It's not initially $70 cheaper.

True... but it does make a bit of a difference in that it isn't instant. Just have to make sure people know. :-D
