And we're ticking things off the pre-trip to do list! Got the oil changed in the car and new tires put on today.
Picked up a nice electric kettle at Aldi for $10 on Friday. It will replace our old teakettle. No longer will I have to light the stove outside and remember to leave the flap up on the teakettle in order to enjoy my morning beverage without worrying about waking everyone up.
We also got a nice soft-sided rooftop cargo carrier. Not sure yet if it's going on the roof of the camper (we have racks on one end of it) or on the car, but the plan is to pack stuff we know we won't need until Disney in there - leaving more room in the back of the car for things we need/use on the drive down and also hopefully making it so that the camper isn't crammed with a zillion things we'll need to move out of the way during our overnight stop in South Carolina.
