33 days to Go- How does my plan look? Any suggestions?

Mother and adult son trip and I am thrilled he wants to go with me!!! Here is what I have planned for our time at Disney (then we head to Universal). I would love any suggestions about if I should change any fast pass+ or any other suggestions:

Here are my questions:
1-Where would you eat in Magic Kingdom for a fast meal (we don't need fancy) on the night of the Halloween Party?
2- Where would you eat for lunch and dinner on Saturday? (again fast and good/not fancy)
3-Would you stay at Animal Kingdom on Sunday the whole day (they close at 8:00) or head to Epcot in the afternoon and stay there (Food and Wine Festival going on) and Epcot is open till 11:00 p.m.??


Arrive Friday, October 26th around 2:00 at MCO
Take Uber/Lyft to All-Star Music and check in and head to Magic Kingdom (we have Mickey's Halloween Party Tickets) so we want to be there at 4:00 because I read we could get in.
I have these fast passes and then we will just ride everything else during the party.
Space Mountain-4:05 PM - 5:05 PM
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin-5:05 PM - 6:00 PM
Happy HalloWishes Fireworks at 10:15

Saturday, Oct. 27th
Epcot before 9:00 and head to Test Track to ride without Fast Pass
Fast Pass + I currently have:
Mission: SPACE 10:10 AM - 11:10 AM
Spaceship Earth 11:10 AM - 12:10 PM
Frozen Ever After 12:10 PM - 1:10 PM
Head to Hollywood Studios
Stay till closing at 8:00 and see Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular at 8:30

Sunday, Oct. 28th
Animal Kingdom before 9:00 and head to Avatar Flight of Passage without Fast Pass
Fast Pass + I currently have:
Expedition Everest 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
DINOSAUR 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Na'vi River Journey 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Stay here or go back to another Park for rest of the day???

I would try to eat at MK before 6:00, so you don't miss any of the party. We like Pinnochio Village Haus for QS. Check to be sure which QS places close and the timing of as not all of them stay open for MNSSHP.

At EP, just about any QS in World Showcase is good. Our favorites are Morocco and Japan.
At HS, we like Fairfax Fare. Their bowls are pretty good.

You could stay at AK until close and then hop over to EP. Play it by ear.

Sunday, Oct. 28th
Animal Kingdom before 9:00 and head to Avatar Flight of Passage without Fast Pass

If you're going to ride FoP without a FP and still make the FP you have made, you need to be at the AK gates no later than 8:00. They will open the gates early and start the walk over to Pandora. If you don't get there until just before 9:00, you'll be in an hour or more wait for FoP.

On the 26th, since your FP+ rides are both in Tomorrowland, I would just eat at a Cosmic Ray’s for convenience (be sure to mobile order.) I’d probably eat between the two fast passes, as you don’t want to waste party time.

We like Columbia Harbour House for a QS in MK. Pinocchio Haus is our second choice. Make sure to eat early before the party. We like Sunshine Seasons in Epcot ( our favorite QS restaurant with so many options ). We've also eaten at the Liberty Inn & La Cantina de San Angel. Both had decent food. I heard that there's a new pizza window open in Italy. I'm not sure how it tastes. But, maybe it's worth trying. The Food and Wine festival is a lot of fun. Enjoy and have a fun time with your son.

I am not sue you would get to MK 2 hours after your plan lands. That might be tight, however you be able to ride before the end at 5:05. Other than that your plans look great. Since you don’t have FOP FP the other good time to go is right at park closing, but then you would not be able to go to Epcot.

I really like Morocco for QS at Epcot and Satu’li Canteen at AK for lunch. I don’t really have a favorite at MK.

With Uber/Lyft, I think OP has a chance of being at least close to 4. With DME to ASMu and then bus to MK, two hours wouldn't be realistic. But if OP has carryons only (no bag check or is able to get checked bags really quickly), gets an Uber, does on-line check in, drops bags at ASMu rather than waiting around to see if there's an early room ready, and then catches another uber/lyft (or splurges on a Minnie Van for a direct drop off that bypasses TTS), two hours seems possible.
