310 Beach Club Villas points to rent @ $12.50 per point

CLOSED - I have 310 Beach Club Villas points to rent at $12.50 per point.
I can rent 7 months in advance for any resort and 11 months in advance for Boardwalk Villas. Payment will only be due once a reservation has been made and you have reviewed the contract to ensure it has all the requirements of your reservation are to your satisfaction. I can add the dining plan as well as Magical Express.

Please provide all of the following information and I will check for availability:

-Name, address and phone#
- Preferred DVC location(s)
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Room Type (studio, 1 BR, 2 BR)
- Room View (standard, garden/pool, ...etc)

My husband and I are considering a Disney trip this summer. Our first choice would be OKW from July 29-Aug 2, we would need 56 points. Would also consider July 22-26, also 56 points. Our second choice for a resort is Saratoga Springs, which would be 64 points. We would need a studio for 2 adults and 2 children. Do you still have points available for rent? Hi, I am looking for Beach club villas from Nov 13 - 16, dedicated 2 BR, 120 points according to the Disboards calculator. Does a dedicated 2 BR exist at the BCV? We can't go with a studio attached to a one bedroom because we need the bed configuration at a dedicated with 2 queens instead of a queen and pul out sofa in the second room.

Also, I was looking at the BLT from November 9 - 13. Also looking for a dedicated 2 BR there that needs 179 points, I believe.

Is there availability at BCV for that time and do you have enough points left to rent?

Any view is fine, but I like lake view if possible at BLT and pool view at BCV
