My daughter and her boyfriend will be in Disney staying at the Polynesian in October for a few days over her 'big' birthday. They will not be getting park tickets. I'm not that familiar with Disney Springs and that is where they will be heading for the evening. Suggestions for DS? They are open to dining near the Poly that does not need park entrance also. They already have CG and 'Ohana for 2 other nights. Citricos was mentioned but I've heard really mixed reviews. TIA!

Tons of great options in Disney Springs. I’d suggest they take a look at menus and see what looks appealing. Some of my favorites are Boathouse, Wine Bar George, Homecomin’, Raglan Road. I haven’t been yet but Jaleo just opened and is getting good reviews. If more than one looks good to them, each of these spots has a bar so they could do a tour of a few without needing reservations. Hope they have fun and happy birthday to your daughter!

PS - you might get more feedback on the regular restaurant board vs the dining reviews sub-forum.
