30th Anniversary Gift Ideas

My parents 30th anniversary is next month (Groundhogs Day). I need some inexpensive ideas for a gift. We are currently paying off stuff for our wedding and my brother doesn't make a lot. They are probably taking an Alaskan Cruise later this year and I thougth about paying for a cool exursion...but I would like to give them something on their actual anniversary. Any ideas?

When DH and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in September 2000, we had a Disney trip and cruise planned for the following January. But I wanted to do something on our actual anniversary too, so we spent the night at a lovely bed and breakfast in a nearby town.

Our son and daughter and their spouses met us there and treated us to a wonderful dinner at a very nice restaurant. They paid the bill, and bought a bottle of champagne to toast us. It was the perfect gift for us. Time spent with our children, and not having to cook or clean up!

For my parents' 50th anniversary we hosted a party for them and gave them an anniversary clock that we had engraved with their names, wedding date, and anniversary date.
