30 point Beach Club contract for $132 a point

Just wondering about this contract. Sure it is already under contract with someone, but I am wondering if Disney would let this get through ROFR. Its a 30-point Beach club fully loaded for 132 a point. I am thinking Disney will scoop that right up, right?

Interesting! Wish I'd seen that listing.... And I doubt Disney will invest in buying back contracts right now given the current situation. Too many other places requiring their cash. Just MHO

When I was looking for our beach club contract (about 1 1/2 years ago) I went through years worth of info on the ROFR threads. I got a good idea of what people were offering but couldn’t see any that has been taken! It made it hard to guess what was too low.
They seemed to take back quite a few at the beginning of last year, but that has now settled so this may well go through.

If I would have had the money I would have put in an offer on that one. But I have a feeling it was probably already taken by someone when it was posted.

Add-on? Increases your stay by 2 nights in a studio If I'd seen that, I'd have tried to get it.

I just found it and it's under agreement - yes, I'd have snapped it up even though it was June UY! Some lucky duck grabbed it!

Four nights every other year, lol. But that is the only way I would probably ever buy back in, the Beach Club. Because I believe buy where you want to stay is really going to hit much harder in the future than it does now. But in all honesty, I know I wouldn't be happy staying there every time I went. I like to mix it up.
