30% off question

Do CMs have the discretion to apply a discount as part of the Year of a Million Dreams?
I posted on the Resort thread that I was quoted 2400 for an MK view at the Poly on Friday but when I booked tonight, the cost was 1680-that's a 30% discount. It's for May 29th-June 1 when we'll be moving to SSR.
I told the CM on Friday that I had AAA and I told the CM tonight that I had AAA but its still a 720.00 difference!

No they do not. You probably had a pin attached to your reservation.

I asked about a pin and they said that I had one last year but nothing this year.

Well you must have had something because they do not have authority to apply ANY discounts unless asked for or if theres a pin that appears in your profile. You sure its not the AAA discount? Whats it say on your confirmation? Is there a 3 letter code?

Same thing happened to me - CM says it was an AP code, but the rate was significantly better than the AP rate I saw
