I just called our local store and it's online only. I need to buy DD some shorts and was hoping to go to the store so she can try on too, but I guess I will have to order instead

That had the 30% off in stores this past Friday (the 23rd). I just happened to find out because I went to the mall that day. Don't know why they didn't send out an email letting people know
