30 Day Holding?

When I spoke with MS a few days ago about a March reservation, she gave me the disclaimer that my points would go into holding if we cancelled less than 31 days out.

It wouldn't be the first time a CM gave incorrect information, but it made me wonder if there's a scheduled end to holding being waived and that's why I was warned about it for the March reservation.

I got it to when I booked via phone to use up my new banked points and transfer points for end of October,

Since they have stated that these can be stopped at anytime, I think they make sure to mention holding. Now, I don’t think it will be stopped before the end of the year,

I also think it’s possible when they decide to end it, they will give at least a 32 day notice...at least I hope they do..so people have a chance to cancel.

Either that, they will just stop and then deal with owners on a case by case basis.
