30 day FP+ reservation experience

This morning my 30 day window opened. It was my first experience with a 30 day window as we always stay onsite (DVC). However, we are doing a last minute trip the first few days of December and are staying off-site since we're out of points. This morning I logged on to MDE to see make my FP+ reservations and was pleased to be able to get what I was looking for for our arrival day (DHS after 4pm and we booked TSMM at 4:10, ToT at 5:25 and SW at 6:30).

I am a bit put out by the prospect of having to go back every morning this week to make subsequent reservations but at least so far I've been able to get what we needed. Stay tuned to see how the rest of the week goes LOL!

Day 2...success again. Plenty of availability at Epcot with times to choose from. I didn't notice if Frozen was available cause I have no desire to waste my time on that ride again. Chose Soarin', The Seas (just to pick something) and Spaceship Earth, all before noon.

Let's see how MK is tomorrow!

Day 3...got the MK rides I wanted, had to settle for some times I wasn't thrilled with. Just means there will be some criss-crossing the park. I've got an early 8:55 Peter Pan and an 11:15 Jingle Cruise. I would prefer to swap them time-wise since we will be spending our morning rope dropping Frontierland and Adventureland. Meh. No big. I'll keep an eye out for passes to crop up that work better or we'll wear good walking shoes.

Tomorrow is our last day and we are ending with AK.
