My kids are 5, 3, and 2 years old, and they are all tall enough to ride. I'm planning on all of them wanting to ride Barnstormer. Can someone walk me through how DH and I get them all a turn on the ride? None of my kids can ride without a parent next to them and none of them can be left unattended. Can we get RiderSwap enough times for this? :confused3

I went with my 2 children. I didn't know that only two of us could ride together until we got to the top. I didn't want my child to ride with a stranger and we were just going to go back down. the cm offered to ride with one child in the seat in front of me. It worked out well and was unexpectedly nice.

I took my five year old niece and three year old nephew on this in December. I rode with the three year old and the five year old rode by himself in the seat right in front of us.

from what I understand the riderswap is only for children who aren't tall enough to ride the ride
(found this out on our last trip when we tried to do this for mount Everest ;)

They may or may not let the oldest ride in the car in front of you. the rule is 7. We have seen it go both ways. There may or may not be a CM willing to ride with one of the kids. Even though that is not the intention of baby swap, I would at least ask if they would let you do that. It is a really short ride for a wait that might be long. If it was me and they will not do baby swap , I would look for a family with two adults and one child and ask if one of your kids could ride with the other adult. We have done this for other people more that once and always happy to do it.

Last summer, my husband and I both waited in line with our then 5,4 and 1 year olds. My husband, 4 and 1 year old waited behind the exit gate while I rode with our oldest. At the end of the ride, our 5 year old exited and I rode with the 4 year old.

Thanks for the ideas! It would be great if a CM would ride with our oldest. Hopefully our 5 year old will be willing to ride with anyone other than DH. Sigh. Barnstormer is really tripping me up since all 3 kids can ride it and will want to ride it. I'll be sure to ask a CM for help when we get there! :)
