3 Weeks Until ADR's - Check My Choices :D

I can't believe it, but we're 3 weeks out from booking our ADRs! We're doing the DxDP and have never been to WDW. These are what I have so far and I'm having ADP anxiety and so I'm open to suggestions, particularly for the CP. We took off Le Cellier based on the major mixed reviews and our TA's feedback that it wasn't as they'd remembered. But, is CDF a good choice to sub it with?

Also, our son is excellent at restaurants, we own one and we're eaters so we're spacing out our meals for 7:30AM bkfst, 1:00ish lunch and 7:00ish dinner.

We're basing a lot of meals at the Poly since it's our home base for the 2nd half of the trip and we are laid back trippers spending lots of late afternoons at our resort pre-dinner.

I don't have any feedback or input on your ADR choices, I just wanted to tell you this...on the day you are able to make your ADR's remember the online booking opens up at 6 am EASTERN TIME, so if you are in Central time then it is actually 5 am and if you are on the West coast it opens up for you at 3 am. Booking online you will find more of the times you are looking for. I tried to make all my ADR's by phone because my computer was acting up and she kept telling me she couldn't find the times I was looking for. She kept giving me alternate time choices so I just took what she offered me...once my computer problem cleared up I got back online and went to the reservation system and found my EXACT DESIRED TIMES myself. Which the cast member obviously couldn't do by phone. Doesn't make much sense to me but that's how it went for me. She said she could find NOTHING AT ALL AVAILABLE for T-Rex or Rainforest and when I went online I found reservation times at BOTH PLACES for the exact time I wanted.
