3 Weeks Today! Need some advice..?

My second trip this year to DLP (and first time ever on a plane!) is coming up in 3 weeks time, and I'm still in need of a little advice when it comes to planning.

Firstly, transfers - Our plan is to do the VEA Shuttle (BF and I are taking around £250 each for the course of 4 days and like the sound of this). Has anyone had any experience with this? We don't fancy taking any expensive options as we'd rather make use of the money in DLP itself (staying at the SL for reference). I've heard that CDG is huge so I was wondering if this would be easy to find? Our arrival terminal is 2B.

Meals - Back in April we didn't find ourselves too hungry during the day so ate at BL Pizza Planet and a counter service (can't remember which) in Fantasyland. We'd quite like to do something a bit more upmarket this time - anyone have any particularly good suggestions? I'd love to try Blue Lagoon but hate seafood!

I think we have an idea of what we're going to do in terms of rides and shows but as we arrive at CDG at around 4:30PM on our first day I was wondering if Peter Pan's flight is open past the standard hours? We didn't get to do this in April and our arrival day is the only day it's open!

On our last day on the 19th our flight home is around 7PM - would I be cutting it too close to spend a half day in the parks before returning? We have a 4-day pass and wouldn't like it to go to waste!

VEA pick you up from each terminal and take you to the departure point at 2E/F

You could always go yourself using the free CDGVal which is automatic train type thing or even quicker by foot between the terminals at T2

You could always look at getting an TGV train from Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1 to Marne la vallée-Chessy (DLP) - it takes under 12 minutes and can cost the same price as the VEA depending on the time you take it and how far you reserve in advance

Look at http://www.voyages-sncf.com/ for the price in € which saves you a bit more or http://www.tgv-europe.com/ if you want to pay in £

Have a look at the menus in the restaurant sticky as they are upto date and you have reviews and pictures.. there are lots of other things to eat at BL without touching seafood

If you get into CDG at 16.30 depending on passport control lines and baggage claim plus transfer you might not be at DLP early enough for PP. It closes earlier like much of that area for the setting up of Dreams.

Depends on what time the park closes that night.

You are fine for a half day on your last day, you want to be at CDG at least 90 minutes before your flight as security etc can take forever and you could have a long, long walk to your gate once through that.

yes you can walk it - but are you sure its the least expensive option? You could get a shared shuttle from rstransports for less, and it will collect you near your exit at 2B (you could also arrange for the return too, and it would collect you where you specifiy, so even outside the front entrance of the DLH if you like, so you can make the most of your last day in the parks).

I love the Blue Lagoon, don't like seafood (the chicken is lovely). Both the Blue Lagoon and Walts do express lunches, at just under 20 euros each for a main from a set menu, and a cafe gourmand dessert each. Restaurant des stars is very good too, and you can meet animatronic Remy .

yes, it stays open usually until around one hour before the official park closing time (a lot of the rides in Fantasyland close at this time to prepare for Dreams over the Castle each evening, but the rides in all the other lands are open until official park close each day).

of course not - if its the VEA you decide to take, you'd need to leave the park at around 3pm, but thats more than half a day's fun .

Will look into the shared shuttles as they seem to be a fairly decent price without the hassle of the VEA etc.

I'm really liking the sound of the express lunches - the cafe gourmands look lovely
