3-ring style WDW scrapbook?

I was curious about these. I found one in the shop at CBR last week on our trip, and I bought it, but I didn't see them anywhere else at WDW. Just wondering why? I don't like the postbound albums, so this was perfect for me. I usually use only CM, but last year I had too many trip pics to fit a CM album.
