I'm planning our first trip to WDW with DS (who is 2) in May. :goodvibes Previously, its only been DH and I and so we've never really paid much attention to how many people can sit in one seat together. What we're wondering is are there any rides where the three of us (DH, DS age 2, and myself) can all ride together in one seat or will we need to split up? DH and I are both on the slightly thinner than average side if that makes a difference (although DH is tall). I'm specifically wondering about rides like Pooh, Peter Pan, Dumbo, Buzz, etc. but I'll take info from any and all rides you can think of!

You should be allowed to ride three in a car since your son is so young. We have DS 6, DD 4, and twin DD 2. When we were at WDW in Jan. My husband took 2 kids in one seat and I took the other 2. Hope that helps. Enjoy your trip.

Myself, DH and my best friend all fitted into one car on several rides last trip. We are all adults of average weight for our height although we are all quite short and my friend is very slim. Her DH doesn't like some of the rides which is why we rode as a 3. We expected to be split up but managed to all ride together quite comfortoubly.

Peter Pan fits 3. Pooh fits 3. Buzz will fit 3 but there are only two guns. Dumbo will fit 2. Snow white can fit two but the cars hold 4. So you can still get a car to yourselves. The Indy Cars 2. The Barnstormer fits 2. The cups hold 3.
I assume on the bigger rides you will be doing the child swap.
Magic carpets will hold two but each vehicle has a front and back seat so 2 in the front, one in the back. Same with the dinosaurs in dinoland.

We were just there with our 2 yo and they let all three of us ride together on Dumbo and Aladdin. We rode together on IASM, also. We actually squeezed three adults and two kids into the teacups but I wouldn't recommend it!
