So we have a park hopper, we plan on doing the following:

AK at 9am
DHS by 1pm
and EPCOT sometime around 7pm

How do we get to Epcot from DHS?
people travelling are 34 year old mom and dad 9DS and 4DD

Boat, bus, or walk. By that time of day, I would probably want to do the boat.

Taking the boat would give you some time to sit down and relax.

Just outside the entrance to DHS there is a boat dock (to the left as you exit DHS).
How long it takes depends on if there is a boat there when you arrive at the dock or if you just missed it and have to wait for the next one. The boat will make stops at a couple of the EPCOT area resorts before arriving at the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT. Plan on 30 minutes or so to make the trip.

I did all 4 parks in one day last year and we took pictures with the photopass people holding up our fingers with 1,2,3, or 4 for whatever park we did. I think we went MK, AK, HS and Epcot was last. Started with MK rope drop and we were to Epcot by 5. BEST THING EVER!!!!

yeah at HS we did the frozen show, Epcot we had our dinner reservations and we did soarin and the seas (epcot was our 4th stop), at MK I dont think we did anything besides see RD and the morning trolley show, and at animal kingdom we saw FotLK show.

We did these 3 parks in that order last november and it worked out great. Spent the morning in Tommorowland and rode everything we wanted with very little wait, had lunch at Caseys, then took the bus to DHS where we had 3 FP+ waiting for us. We were on a boat to Epcot by 4:30, for our dinner reservation at Garden Grill. The boat was a nice chance to recuperate, but it ended up taking close to 45 minutes (wait plus the ride), so be sure to leave enough time in your schedule. Kids loved seeing the Boardwalk and Beach Club resorts, though, so it was a great ride in and of itself.
