3 Parks--1 Day and parking???

If you were gonna do 3 parks in one day starting at AK then to MGM then to MK where would you park? Would you take your car with you or use Disney Transportation? If we left our car at AK would we be able to get back to it at say 10pm from MK??

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I'd say park at the Transportation and Ticket Center.

I am not 100% sure about this, but AK usually closesa t 5 or 6. I don't think you would be able to use Disney transportation to get back there to get your car. I think you would be better off parking at TTC.

If we park-hop like that, we drive park to park... seems to be quicker than waiting on Disney transportation. Though, when we do that, we have annual passes, and parking is free.

If I had to park in one spot, I'd park at the TTC, especially since you're planning to end up at the MK.

With that order of parks although it may take a bit longer between parks your best bet is to move it each time. Your other choice is to park at the Transportation and Ticket center and take Disney transportation to AK. I am not sure when buses from the TTC start to AK but you could park at the transportation and ticket center and then ride to one of the monorail resorts and get on a Disney bus. I would plan on parking by 8 if you want to get to the park by opening and choose this method of travel.

I would drive my car. It is much quicker when you are trying to hit 3 or 4 parks in one day.

Isn't that the truth!

You are really going to burn up a lot of time just getting too and from the parks. Not going to be able to see a lot unless parks are open late. If you must, drive between the parks.

What mode of transportation is there between MGM and MK? Just a bus, or a boat too?? Also....do i have to pay to park 3 times at 3 different parks or is it a one time fee for all 3 parks??

Definitely Drive park to park. Bring some snacks and pack a cooler with some cold drinks to have between parks. Parking fee isn't an issue since you only pay at the 1st lot and then show your parking ticket for the other lots. You will waste a lot of time waiting on Disney Trans and since you can walk/tram to your car for the 1st two parks on your agenda it will be quicker than waiting on a bus.

You could drive from park to park, but if you don't want to drive, park at the TTC, take a bus to AK, then a bus to MGM and then a bus to the TTC and you grab the Monorail to MK.And when you leave MK your car is there after you get off the monorail.

Park at TTC and walk to the Polynesian to catch the bus to AK. If I am there by myself, I'll do this. If you pick a day that the parks are open late then it is easy to hit 3 parks. Now with kids.......
