3 Nights....3 Resorts?

Not for us:) Other then being able to say you stayed at that resort, you really won't have any time to actually enjoy the resort or it's amenities. It takes a few days for us to totally get a good feel of a resort, by walking around to different areas and doing some of the activities etc. I also agree with 'love to dive' about paying deluxe prices just for a few hours.

With midday breaks it could get tricky. You might not get into your room until 3 pm. So nowhere to go for your midday break. Sure you can use the pool but that means finding your stuff in your luggage and changing in the bathroom. That's not my idea of fun.

We did a split with Poly and the BC. We did enjoy our split stay but we are midday break people and used Disney luggage service. We got our room around 2ish but our bags not until 4ish. If I ever do a split stay again I will Uber with my luggage to the next resort and not do a midday break on transfer day.

I agree with everyone else, 3 resorts in 3 days with all the moving of things really doesn't sound appealing at all. I would stick with one resort for such a short stay.

I'm with most PPs.

Hard pass.

This does not seem at all relaxing to me and I wouldn't do it if Disney paid me.

BUT

It's not my vacation. If this is something you want to do then have at it.

No way. We were scheduled to do a spilt stay for our upcoming trip, and I just couldn't do it. There's no way I would do a 3 day 3 resort split.

I've done a 3-resort split trip (see my signature), but it was not over only 3 days. I'd only even think of doing a 3-day, 3-resort trip as part of a resort-only trip, where we were spending the full day enjoying the amenities of each resort, with plenty of time to relax so that the moves don't feel overwhelming. And if I did that as a resort-only trip, I'd hand carry our luggage from resort to resort, ask for late (12pm) check out at each resort, & spend the mid-day doing lunch, pool and other resort/non-park activities. But for a short, parks-focused trip, I'd only do it if there was no other way.

not to pile on but i think you'd regret doing a 3 resort split over 3 days. i tend to agree with staying at one place for such a short stay. focus your time on enjoying the parks and one resort instead of moving in and out of 3.

I wouldn't do it for such a short stay. We are staying at 3 resorts for our next trip. It wasn't completely planned though. Originally we were stating 5 nights at the Polynesian and 5 at BCV. then I decided to add a night at the beginning because airfare was much cheaper. There was nothing available at the Polynesian so I ended up with a night at the GF. We're spending that day at MK so it shouldn't be too bad. Depending on how much luggage we have I may just walk it over to Poly Bell Services in the morning.

................. but I'm worried about maybe not having a room to go back to and relax.

Thoughts anyone?
I think you summed it up right there! Check out is 11am, check in is after 3pm, sometimes you won't get a room till 5p, they don't guarantee it be ready by 3p. So if you are thinking to go back for an afternoon break you most likely will not have a room to actually go to. We've done many split stays but never on a day that we'd plan to be at the resort in the afternoon. We always try for like 2-3 days at each resort in order to be able to enjoy that resort. But a different one each night??.... I would not do it!
