Hello everyone!!! We just booked our first Disney cruise and I'm very very excited! I think I'm more excited than my 10-yr old nephew! It will be his first cruise, hopefully he'll enjoy it.

My brother and his son are coming to visit us here in the US and we decided to take this opportunity to try a Disney cruise. Of course the grandparents are coming so they can spend as much time with their grandson as possible. We are also celebrating Grandpa's 67th birthday!

Count us in for the Fish Extenders exchange!

Cabin#7646
4 adults: Gail (me - gmros), Grandpa, Grandma, Sherwin (my brother)
1 child: Jerald (male, 10)

Here's to a fun cruise!

Another Birthday Celebration!!! Congrats! People born in April are the best...You will love this Disney Cruise!!! This is our 4th one

Thank you! We're all looking forward to it! My DH and I are sailing the week before on Celebrity and I don't want to admit to him that I'm more excited about the Disney trip!

Hi everyone! We just booked less than a week ago and we would LOVE to participate in the Fish Extenders. I am also open to any ideas for FEs as well as cruising with Disney. Also any suggestions to make Bella's birthday while on the ship super special. So excited!

Welcome aboard! And wow 2 birthdays! That calls for a big celebration! This will be our first Disney cruise as well so I can't really give you advice or suggestions. But we're all excited!

Welcome jumpofftheplank! I hope you have two great birthday celebrations!!!

Hi, jumpofftheplank!

What a great celebration!

Here are some thoughts about celebrating a birthday:

You can call the Disney Cruise Line and let the Cruise Reservation Agent know that you will have a birthday while onboard. At dinner one night, Bella will receive a special dessert and song sung by your dining servers. She can also pick up a birthday pin from Guest Services and wear it throughout your voyage. If you want to surprise her with a Celebration Cake or some festive in-room decorations, the Gifts and Amenities page has some options.

They'll do these kinds of things for adult birthdays and anniversaries, too..

Yay! 16 more days...Finally getting really close!!!
I was wondering if anyone has an idea about how many FE gift drops you wanted to do?? Since the cruise is only 3 nights do you want to do one drop, or daily drops?

I'm part of a large group traveling together...some are staying on the ship when we're in Nassau, others are going to Atlantis ~ checking out the aquarium, etc.

This is our first time doing Fish Extenders, so I was thinking of doing one drop. But we can do whatever the FE group prefers.

Thoughts?

:yay: :fish:

In Nassau we are dong the Blue Lagoon Dolphin encounter.

I wish I could get my act together to participate in the FE but can't for this cruise.

Maybe next time...

We are going to check out the Atlantis aquarium too! My DD loves fish....
One drop sounds good to me too....but I will also do what the group prefers!

So...let's go with one Fish Extender drop...unless anyone has any objections? Just let us know!

The kids just reminded me we have 1 week+1 day & I want to see the ticker :)

I'm sorry everyone. My dad had a mild heart attack the morning of embarkation. I had to stay with him in Orlando. My mom, brother and nephew did board the ship. They are not very familiar with the fish extender exchange so I apologize for any confusion if any.
