3 more days - any last minute tips

I am leaving for my first trip to WDW as a DVC member on Tuesday. I can't wait. The Dis Board has been an invaluable tool that I used to help me purchase at BWV as well as plan my trip. I am scheduling a wegoshop delivery for breakfasts and snacks. Anyone who has recently returned (or just knows a bunch) have any insight, need-to-know tips that I just can't live without before I depart?

Just have a great time and tell us all about it when you get back. I've never been this late in the summer so I can't help you out with crowds, weather, or any of that.

Make sure to include a case of bottled water in your grocery delivery. We will be at BWV next Wed. Aug 31. Have a great time. Let us know how the crowds are!

My tip-be sure to wear your lime green, especially if you're staying at BWV. I'm leaving the same day as you (8/23) and that's where I'll be most of the time. In this heat, I won't be going far!

Don't commando, unless you really have to. We were at WDW in early Aug and it was HOT!!!! We did the parks in the morning for about 2-3 hours (getting there when they opened), then hit the pool for the rest of the day. We'd get changed about 5 and hit the parks for dinner. We'd be back in the room by 9 and getting ready for bed.

If you haven't make your dining reservations yet, do that before you leave. It's kind of hard to get the time you want and the place you want with so many people on the dining plan. Plus it's an opportunity to eat at some different places. Our new favorite? Concourse Steakhouse - breakfast AND dinner. Coral Reef was also very good. We did lunch at Chef's de France (I had the French Lunch - it was great).

You have many, many years of vacationing left, so take it easy.
