3 kids in a refurb SSR 1 bed preferred?

We are getting ready to book our March 2021 trip. We haven't stayed at SSR yet (new resale owners). Will the new Murphy beds sleep two tween (13 and 11) girls okay? With a 7 year old in the under TV bed? We saw the Murphy at RIV, and I think it is a queen. Is SSR the same? Working well now?

We like 2 bedrooms but looking to save on pts for this trip. If we can move to OKW at 7 months would you recommend? TIA!

I believe the new Murphy bed at SSR is queen sized. If you move to OKW the room size will be larger, but you will have a sofa bed and a fold out chair bed. I personally would stay with SSR if your going to get a refurbished room. Who know how much of the resort will be done with this.

Good point. I am assuming I will get a refurbished room if we book preferred. Maybe I shouldn't...?!?

Springs is part done. I think they finish the Preferred rooms and list the 1BRs for 5 with a bed. I could see them postpone Standard, and definitely BRV. But it is awkward to leave Preferred half down and part torn up for a long time.

If they go back to work soon, hopefully June or so, the summer at SSR is usually wide open, so they should be able to get it done before the fall frenzy. Since they already started the Springs and it’s only 3 buildings.
