3 Kids, 2 Adults and 24 Hours In The Car...Off To Celebrate Halloween With The Mouse!

Epcot is one of my favorites, especially during F&W Festival! I think all year long about the foods I’m going to eat and drinks I’m going to try….I often wonder if bringing the kids is even a good idea We stopped in the front for some pictures, and then headed into the park.

There was hardly a wait for Spaceship Earth, and we’ve never done that with the kids, so we headed there first! I rode with Jackson and DH took Maddie and Cooper. Since Jackson has no patience at all and was constantly touching the screen, we listened to everything in Spanish! He still loved it!

When we got off of that we headed over to Nemo to see if there was a wait for that, and it was 5 minutes, so we hopped in line! We were supposed to be meeting some friends at the park that day, so we weren’t sure how much we’d squeeze in before we met up with them! Nemo is always a huge hit, not gonna lie, I love it myself. The kids love to run around the building and check out the fish tanks, and play in the Bruce shark!

When we got done with Nemo, we headed over to start walking around The World Showcase, and try to meet up with our friends. First stop, Mexico! We love the Donald Duck over there, and we also love their margaritas! We met up with them, and ended up walking with them for a little while and then parting ways. We had wanted to do the showcase, and they wanted to hit up soarin’. We browsed in and out of all the shops, as this was something we hadn’t done with the kids…and we were hungry so we headed for the United Kingdom! We HAD to try the Fish ‘n Chips! We casually walked around, stopped when we’d see a character the kids wanted to see, or a store, and just took things slow. This is not something we usually do. It was a very nice change of pace. We were lucky to finally meet Duffy, as we have been hearing all about him! It was a short evening, but an enjoyable walk through the showcase!

We headed back for more swimming and an early night, because we had breakfast with someone very special AND sassy in the morning

Sorry! I'm back though, and I need to start a PTR, so I need to finish this first I get sidetracked because it takes FOREVER for photobucket to upload pictures!!! But I'm back, I promise

I was really looking forward to this day of our trip! We had a special breakfast planned at a place we've never tried and we were meeting up with my best friend from High School and her fiance at Magic Kingdom! The kids were able to get a good night sleep the night before and we were up and ready to make our breakfast at

Now, we've never been here, but have heard great things about this place! Plus, it's at the Poly...and who wouldn't love that?! We checked in, were taken over to have our lovely picture taken with our awesome leis, and then we waited only a few minutes before we were seated! The restaraunt was pretty quiet, which I like early in the morning! While walking to our seat our hostess had asked us if we knew what "Ohana" meant, and of course I blurted out the answer immediately...followed by some of my favorite quotes from Lilo and Stitch!

We sat down and they immediately started bringing out food! We were all very happy with the selection (Mickey waffles never disappoint!), and started mowing down! We hadn't really told the little kids who was going to be at our breakfast, and honestly, we had no idea that Cooper was going to fall in love with Stitch at first sight a few days prior, so this ended up being an amazing breakfast for us! It was not long before this guy snuck up behind Jackson...

Then he moved on....to the child who has become obsessed...

I have to laugh, because if there is one character that reminds me of Cooper, it's Stitch. Sassy, and adorable and so sweet at times. I look at this picture and feel like they are plotting! Cooper never lets anyone, let alone a costumed character, this close to his face!

He made is way over to Maddie and I and then went on his way!!

Next up was Lilo, Maddie was more excited to see her I think, than Stitch!

This next picture never gets old. You would think they'd know by now not to come up from behind a 1 1/2 year old!

Watching Pluto do autographs is one of my favorites! It always makes me laugh so much!!

Pluto was SO happy to see that Jackson was wearing his Pluto shirt to breakfast!!! He gave him a great big hug…something he still talks about!

The kids really enjoyed the breakfast…and I was too caught up in the moment to take pictures of them marching around the room playing instruments. This was one of our must do’s for next time! The kids had so much fun!

On the way out we took advantage of the gorgeous photo op spots!

Next…we were on our way to spend the day taking in the Magic of Magic Kingdom…with my very best friend!!![/SIZE]

After our fun breakfast at O’hanas, we headed over to Magic Kingdom to meet up with my very good friend and her fiancé! We laughed about how we live 90 miles apart, and it took us all traveling to Florida to see each other! My friend K is truly 10 years old at heart! I loved sharing Disney with her almost as much as I loved sharing it with my kids! Hopefully someday when she has kids we can make it a tradition to go together!
We got into the park and stopped at Guest Services for pins for the kids. They all picked out random ones, which had nothing to do with anything we were celebrating! It was cute! While I was in there, I had a very important phone call waiting for me, from whom other than the mouse himself! This has happened to me on a few different trips…and it NEVER gets old. We took a few pictures on Main Street and headed for the castle and to try to catch K and her Fiancé!

We were still waiting to hear back from K and their location, so we headed into Adventureland first! Jackson was SO excited to see Peter Pan! He had been Peter the year before for Halloween and we weren’t able to see him, so this was awesome for him!!

We got to see Donald, too!

We of course had to do a favorite…the Haunted Mansion. Jackson is starting to love this ride, which is a dream come true for Alex because it’s one of his favorites!

We got the kids pumped up to hit up Splash Mountain…a favorite of mine, but new for them! Maddie is scared of everything, so she wasn’t thrilled…Jackson however, was so excited that I made him ride with his dad. I was afraid he’d stand up and fall out on the way down!

What’s up next? Would we ever meet up with K & J? The day was half over…and we still haven’t found them!!!

After Splash Mountain, we met up with K & J! Two of my favorite people ever! We did Splash Mountain a bunch more times with them and then headed towards Tomorrowland to grab a bite to eat! We ended up at Cosmic Rays and quite honestly….I have no idea what anyone ate! After lunch we headed over to Buzz’s Space Ranger Spin! The kids were so excited to see K & J, that Maddie had to ride with K and Jackson had to ride with J…so Alex and I had the chance to battle it out (though it doesn’t really count when you have a baby on your lap!)

We headed around and had some pictures taken with the Castle, and then parted ways! They had some more things to see, and we did too!!

We headed over to Fantasyland to hit up Dumbo, The Carousel, Snow White, and for the first time ever….Pooh!

We were tired…and ready to call it a night! I snapped a few castle shots and my all-time favorite “Partners” picture and headed back to the hotel!
