Has anyone ever stayed at either the Wellesley Inn, the La Quinta Inn, or Amerihost resorts? Just looking for some personal feedback. Thanks!

I have stayed at the La Quinta - both Lakeside and Maingate. very nice for the price.

I have stayed at Amerihost in Atlanta - but they had a indoor pool there and allowed pets - the reason we stayed - I don't know about the Orlando ones.

I would check tripadvsior.com for hotel reviews.

But I heard from these boards that Amerihost resorts is not a good resorts.

We have stayed a the Welleley Inn in Kissimee and the LaQuinta Maingate. Of the two the LaQuinta was in a nicer area if you don't like a lot of close, heavy traffic, but close enough to WDW, shopping and I-drive. We really enjoyed our stay there. We also spent twonights at the Wellesley, it was fine, the room was large, clean and newly redone. Both places had a fridge and microwave. The pool area at the Wellesley was right besdie the driveway and didn't offer towels, limited lounges. We only paid $32. for it through Priceline, so it was ok. Pool area and breakfast area at LaQuinta was much nicer. Hope this helps.
