Mine were
Here were the results:
Fasting want to be under 95 - I read 75 (yea)
1 hour want to be under 180 - I read EXACTLY 180
2 hour want to be under 155 - I read 157 (fail, but you can fail one level and still pass overall)
3 hour want to be under 140 - I read 124
So I was borderline, but passed. They just said to watch my simple sugars. Which, honestly I could be doing better on. But there hasn't been sugar in my urine which they check at each visit.
Try not to worry. Your numbers aren't bad.

I failed my 1 hr with a reading of 169. I didn't even get to do the 3hr test after failing my fasting level by a just a couple of points. The goals I follow are a bit different (given to me by the Diabetes Educator and the OBGYNs). My fasting is <100 and 2 hours After Meal is <120.
I have to test 4 times a day and count carbs at all times. I've only gained 5lbs and my baby is measuring perfectly. I started having Biophysical Profiles/Non-stress tests last week and will have them weekly until the baby is born. I'm monitored a lot closer now than I was in my other pregnancies (this is #3 but first with GD). I'm glad I am watched so closely but also very greatful that I haven't needed any more intervention. My other two kids were born early, at 37 and 38 weeks, so I'm hoping this baby will decide to do the same thing so the doctors don't have to decide when I'm 'done'. I'm very hopeful that she and I will not have any problems postpartem since the GD has been so well managed.
What stinks is I think I made it go up through all my stressing out. I tested 100 first thing in the morning and between that time and getting to the lab it went up 6 points! I had NOTHING to eat and only a little water.
