Okay Christine you have 2 to pick from !!!

Well, since pink is my signature color, it is easy to find moi!

I am home and me and the car are in 1 piece !!! The roads were awful !!!I am sure several drivers were cursing me as I plodded along !!I didn't care I was going SLOW!!! At least I don't have to drive far tomorrow my full time house is just a few blocks away !!!

Doreen, hope you didn't lose power, but if so, not for long. I was on the phone with my friend in Watertown, MA when the phone went dead - that was 9:30 last night, but she had it back by 11.

So many friends at home posting photos on FB - I have mixed feelings...miss the excitement of a big storm, but do not miss the cleanup!

Thanks Christine. We are fine here. We never lost power!! Thank goodness. Poor DH was snow blowing for 3 hours out there yesterday. He looked frozen when he came in. Today the sun is shining!!

After seeing the "Tea" on Glenn's thread !! I am even more hoping it is a Grannie Trip meal !! That Swan looks devine !!!! I think we all want 50's PT , I just noticed though all I see is GARLIC mashed potatoes !! Christine have you been there and could they accomodate your garlic allergy!!?????
Via Napoli seems to be another soooo sharable !! Does anyone have any favorite pizzas????I do happen to know that Christine likes the Proscuitto and melon appie and they also have a pizza!! I have heard good reviews on it too!!
So come on Grannies and wannabees we only have 10 months to change adrs and meal choices

Talk to the chef. They are pretty good at accomodating allergies. They did a great job for Katharina when Jonathan and I ate there with her and Magdalene. I've overheard them working with other diners too when I've been there......

I thought they would !! But I know we plan on sharing some meals so we can have dessert I certainly do NOT have to have garlic in my potatoes So we can share if we so choose !!!!

I am not fond of chocolate cakeor chocolate puddingie stuff , hate boiled cabbage and beets , not into spicey food and wild meat !!other than that will try any restaurant !!

That is exactly what Janet and I did when we went together a couple of years ago!

No chocolate cake!!! Now we know we cannot share dessert!!

I used to be able to eat most anything (although did not like garlic or red peppers etc), but since my gallbladder surgery (which was pretty serious) everything changed and now I have to be super careful and also have some very bad allergies.
