3 Free Nail Polishes!

When I placed my order, it had me create a user name and password so I could check the status. Mine was ordered on Jan.8th and shipped the 10th via the usps but I never did receive any shipping email from them.

I ordered mine on the 6th and did receive an order confirmation e-mail. When I check my status on the site, it says that it shipped the 7th, but I didn't get any further e-mails. It's only been a week.....I bet they were swamped with orders - it's such a great deal!

I went online and checked my order. It shows a ship date of 01/10. So depending on where the warehouse is that it ships from it could be just about anyday.

Their facebook page said they gave away 700,000 bottles of polish....and they are VERY behind with orders. They said they are slowing working thru the backlog and have shipped only about 30% of the orders so far. Mine's in backorder status...but they said as long as you have your order showing up in your acct, you're fine. It just may take awhile to get your stuff. They said to please not overwhelm customer service.

Where on their site can you check the status. I cannot find it anywhere to check on my status.

After you log in, click on "My Account" up in the top menu. You can then look at "Current Orders" and find your information.

Just checked mine, ordered 1/8, shipped 1/10. Can't wait to get them!!

Seems mine has not yet shipped either, listed as open orders. It has been a week already on still not shipped.

They received over 300,000 orders, this is over 900,000 bottles of polish. I've been getting updates via FB, they are shipping an average of 14,000 orders per day. I ordered on the 6th and just yesterday my status went from open to picking. they are actually doing an amazing job (IMO) with this huge promo that they did. If you like them on FB you will get the daily updates as well.

Mine are scheduled for delivery today. DBF also ordered (I didn't know, he did it as a surprise, but then he had to tell me because I told him I'd ordered and he was worried we might ordered the same colors....LOL we didn't), he ordered the day after me and it's still in packing stage. So I ordered the 6th, mine should come today, he ordered the 7th and it's still packing. I can't wait to get mine tho!!!! I'm going to do my nails.

DBFs order was placed on the 7th, it was shipped yesterday. Remember not only do they have this promo to get shipped but they get orders daily from individuals and salons.

Shesapirate, when mine said shipping it meant it was in the warehouse to be pulled and packed, that took about a week for my order and longer for DBF's. When your order has shipped you will not see it in the current orders tab, you will need to look at the invoice tab, there will be tracking information posted there for you.
