I can not wait until this Sunday so I can get up and make my family's ADRs! Here is what we're looking at.....I'd love to know what you think! Any good or bad experiences at any of these restaurants? This is our first stay at WDW and I am loving planning out every single part, but the ADRs has been my favorite! Also, our focus this trip is the kiddos, that's why there are so many character meals....

Day 1
Arrive in the AM, hit up MK (closes at 7) and dinner at Chef Mickeys

Day 2
AK until close at 5, and head to 1900 Park Fare for Dinner

Day 3
HS with the F! dining package at Mama Melrose's

Day 4
Epcot with Dinner at Akershus

Day 5
Epcot with Dinner at Via Napoli

Day 6
MK with lunch at Crystal Palace

Day 7
MK with Breakfast at Ohana

I'd LOVE to know what you think!

Looks good to me! the only one we don't like is Chef Mickey but other then that, they all look great. We also do 1900 PF dinner on AK day LOL hat about getting ADR for Crystal palace before opening around 8am if it's a regular day with no morning EMH. You get to walk in the park while it's pretty much empty and are pretty much out of there by rope drop and already in the park

Is there another night Fantasmic is showing while you are at WDW? It's possible that there won't be any Fantasmic DP available at MM so early on in your trip.

Is there a reason you are doing Epcot two days in a row and then MK two days in a row? I just never go to the same park two days in a row.

Do you have afternoon breaks at your resort scheduled? With the age of your children, you have scheduled some long days with meals at the end of those days. Those 2 days back to back at Epcot with the Food & Wine crowds is not what I would choose with children that young.

The reason we have decided to do MK and EP two days in a row for both, is because we are trying to do the parks on the least crowded days, but also working around MNSSHP and MK's wishes and Night Parade. It's just the way it worked out, and I'm fine with that if it means smaller crowds and getting to see what we want to. As far as F! we are doing MNSSHP the other day it is being shown, but if I don't get it, it won't be the end of the world....

As far as afternoon breaks, we plan to go to Epcot later in the day if need be. My children can sleep anywhere though, and I have rented a double stroller that reclines all the way back. So if they get tired, they will have somewhere to lay down.

Going from the Pop to the Polynesian for breakfast might be hell. That's a lotta transfers.

Just my opinion but CM and 1900 PF are the worst meals we have ever had in WDW. THe food is just horrible. I was sick as a dog from dinner at Chef Mickeys and 1900 PF was just inedible and the 4 of us left hungry

We have found that dinner buffets are the saltiest foods at WDW and the food quality is pretty poor. Breakfast is so much better.

I think it looks great! I avoid the crowds too and often end up hitting the same park 2x in a row. I haven't been to Chef Mickeys for dinner, but I loved breakfast there. And you get to see Mickey!! :) And in my opinion, the table service options in the park aren't all that great, so hopping over to Chef Mickeys is a good alternative.

As for getting to Ohana, I think I'd just bus it over to MK and take the monorail(???) I don't think that's any worse than getting to any other hotel.

I think your whole plan makes sense. The only thing I might consider If I were you would be to take one of those days in the middle and make it a sleep late go to the pool lunch/nap and hit the park later, so the kids get a park break. Makes for much happier kiddos. For real. Someone did a survey once and asked kids what they liked most about their Disney vacation, and something like 75 or 80% said the pool! Just a thought.

Have fun!

On our last trip, my girls were 5,3 and 18 months. After 3 hours in the park, they were done and just wanted to go back to the hotel and swim. They are much older now 11,9,7 but I still built a lot of swim/relax time into our vacation.

We like Chef Mickey's when we were there 6 years ago. The kids had a blast and the food was pretty good. I've only had the breakfast at Akershus but we enjoyed it. I've never eaten at any of your other choices.

Good luck!!!

Thanks everybody for all of your input! I got up at 6am and was able to get everything I wanted online and then called at 7 to book Fantasmic! Now I feel like I can relax a little :cheer2:

We went to MK last year for one day and stayed for 13 hours and my kids still didn't want to leave lol....something about Disney gives them energy like I've never seen :)
