3 days to go and I should've started my SDD but

I am a little worried about the whole strikes/flights/fuel thing.

I have just checked in, added hold luggage for Jamie's toy knives for his V for Vendetta costume and added speedy boarding in the hope that there will be a plane to speedy board us onto, I'm guessing that if our flight is on on Wednesday, then it's going to be full as a result of Tuesday's cancelled flights.

I should be ecstatic by now, not least because my boss unexpectedly gave me £400 in an envelope yesterday and told me to treat myself on holiday, (it was a thank you for work I've done for a recent practice inspection), but I feel a bit flat, I haven't even thought about packing, in fact I've loads of things to do including finishing our costumes, so I ought to stop feeling sorry for myself and get on.

Just checked Easyjet site and whilst Tuesday's flights are cancelled, they're still taking bookings for all other days this week, so I'm feeling a little more positive.
So much so that I'm going to ring and make some dining reservations and with my little windfall I've decided we'll eat at Inventions, no way would I justify £200 for a meal for 4 of us, but it'll be like someone else paying.
