hi all,
I'm visiting DW next winter with my husband and 4 y/o and 2 y/o. This is our first time to DW (went to DL last year). We will have 3 park days, and will be staying at either Contemporary or WL.
I'm considering spending all 3 days at MK -- is this nuts?
Some of our priorities:
- magic and fun for our kids
- we don't feel a lot of "must see now" pressure or FOMO (fear of missing out); we'll be back and can leave things for next time
- I love planning/strategy, and will build in breaks and downtime, so no full days for us. Will do mornings and late afternoons/early evenings in parks.
- would prefer cheaper cost of non-hopper tickets
- my 4 y/o isn't too Disney or character obsessed; he definitely knows Frozen and Beauty and the Beast, but has somewhat moved on
- my (then will be) 2 y/o is currently obsessed with Moana
Magic Kingdom seems best suited for my age kids as far as rides and ambiance.
Or should we diversify?
