I’d skip Epcot. Why? So, you can’t skip MK in my mind. DHS, I really like the Toy Story rides, MMRR would be new to me as I haven’t been there since it opened, I’ve only managed to get on ROTR and MFSR once each and I’m a SW fan. And I like Beast and the Beast stage show. AK, I can spend all day in Pandora and Africa and walking the Animal trails. I also love some of the food choices there.

Epcot. So, I do like the rides there, but if I had to rank them, these would be lower on my list than the other parks. WS is a lot about shopping and while I enjoy a quick browse, I’ve been enough that I buy little to nothing. For health reasons, I can’t drink alcohol much at all anymore, so I miss that. I love snacking around the park, but frankly, AK and MK are my favorite food parks. I’m looking forward to Epcot being done with its re-do. Another ride and a pretty central hub to enjoy might take it out of last place.

Keep in mind that you can use Genie and Genie+(paid) now to help with getting on rides. For some you may need to use Lightning Lane+ (paid option). You can order Genie+ starting at midnight before your park day and start making reservations after 7AM.
Thank you! I was literally about to start looking into Genie+ and when it can be booked. My absolute do or die ride when I go is ROTR. I have managed to avoid watching any videos or spoilers about what happens on the ride. I'm not a mega Star Wars fan or anything but I've heard really good things about it and I'd really like to experience it. So that one I'll likely hand over extra money for. The rest I can give or take. Is there a difference between Lightning Lane+ versus Genie+? Or is it the same thing?

There are two types of passes. Genie+, or G+, gets you on nearly every ride for $15/day/person. There are also two attractions in every park that have an individual cost. Those are typically identified by the abbreviation ILL$ and can cost between 5-15 per person depending on the ride and the day. These are typically your top rides in each park.
Magic Kingdom: 7 dwarfs and Space Mountain
Epcot: Ratatouille and Frozen
DHS: RotR and MMRR
Animal Kingdom: FoP and Everest.

If you're onsite, you can book 1 G+ and up to 2 ILL$ at 7am. However, if you're offsite, you can only get a G+ ride at 7 while having to wait until park opening to get any ILL$

Want to add that you do NOT need to buy Genie+ in order to access the ILL$ for RotR. So if all you care about is Rise you can pay for that 1 attraction and nothing else.

Skip MK (unless you have young kids in the party) - the other parks offer so much more for adults with lounges and such
