3 days at OKW

So we booked a last minute trip to OKW. We loved it! We own at SSR. After our first trip home in Dec. my DH said he didn't ever want to try any other DVC. He just loved SSR. Well this trip we took what we could get. We loved the room. We were in room 3925 on the second floor in Turtle Pond. We had a view of a small pond and we could feed the ducks from the balcony. We loved the balcony so much it has gone on our list of " what I want in my dream house ". When we had to move to CSR for the last two days, DH told me he has become a DVC snob.

Our big family trip in Sept. is at OKW because we have family that also own there and they are getting a Grand Villa. We upgraded our one bedroom to a two bedroom for the whole trip. I can't wait.

Glad you had such a good trip. We are headed to OKW in June and can't wait. We were looking to stay at VWL, but like you had to take what was available. After reading all of the glowing reports about OKW, I'm glad things worked out the way they did for us.

Ditto here! We are new DVC members at SSR and have our first trip home planned for Christmas...but life has been so hectic that we wanted another trip the first week of June...so we are headed to OKW....I think it will be perfect for the trip! I know a few folks who own at OKW and speak very highly...like everyone here...of it! It may turn out to be one of our favorite spots at WDW...

Glad to hear you loved OKW. We fell in love with it too on our January trip. So much so, in fact, we added on there within two months of our return!

OKW is our favorite resort. We don't own there, but it is worth waiting until the 7 month window to get an OKW room. (I call on May 3 to book our after-Turkey trip -- can't wait!)

We enjoy building 47. Close to the South Port (or is it Point) bus stop. We always request this building.
