Recently, DLR has offered 3-day tickets for So Cal residents for something like $149 in the winter/early spring. Does anyone know if that deal will be back again in 2018? With crowds like they’ve been, I’m not sure if Disney feels a need for such discounts, but was wondering if anyone had heard. Some family members *finally* want to go and see “what you’re so obsessed about”. :)

If they do have a deal, I wouldn’t expect it to be as good as that one was! Just too many crowds. Last year it wasn’t announced until January, pretty much the day it started, so you may need to wait a bit to be sure!

If it does become available and you take advantage, use the days earlier. As the spring progresses the crowds get crazier and crazier with a combo of Grad nights plus people trying to come and use the tickets. I think this year the last weekend had a Saturday where Disneyland stopped admitting new guests for several hours.

With most of Paradise Pier down including CS, rumors of no WOC, and no night parade at DL (no parades at all it looks like), plus Pirates going down and all the other refurbs that happen in the winter I would not be surprised if they offered some kind of SoCal deal to get people in before Spring Break.

Okay awesome, thanks for all the insight. We’d definitely be looking to use them early March. Food&Wine would be another incentive to get my parents in ;)

The last open weekend for those tickets was INSANE. It made the whole winter/spring insane, but especially that weekend. That's the day it took me over an hour and a half to park at Toy Story, and I ended up walking from TS to the park.
