3 Day Park Split

My girlfriend and I are visiting disney for 4 nights, 3 days in late July. Possibly 5 nights, 4 days but just adding in a pool day. We have 3 days of park hopper tickets. How do you recommend splitting up our park time? We were thinking Hollywood Studios in the morning and Epcot in the afternoon one day, Magic Kingdom one day, and Animal Kingdom one day (because the new Avatar rides we want to be there all day). What do you guys think?
