3 day park hoppers: Early entry twice at DL or DCA?

We have 3 day park hoppers and are staying onsite. Is early entry more valuable at DL or DCA? Which park should I book first of the day two of the three days?

Unless one of your most favorite rides is an early-entry ride at DCA, I say DL. Way more to do there during early entry and to fill the time until 1 pm.
