Disney does not sell them to the general public. Usually they are for convention goers/big groups. Sometimes the discount brokers have extras and will sell them via phone or the internet when available. They are just like the other passes (usually, but alway ask when purchasing).
Central Florida Tickets and Travel is having a special this month and next for their "members" (membership is FREE but you have to sign up on their web site) the special this month is Three Day Hopper Passes to Disney. www.centralfloridatravel.com
Three Day Park Hopper Plus One passes are still available if you call the number listed on the Alamo site (1-800-560-2397). I just had to tell them I was planning to rent through Alamo. The passes were 169.00 for an adult or 135.XX per child. I had to pay an xtra $10.00 for xpress shipping though.
Man! I just ordered the 3 day PH from Central Florida, YESTERDAY, and now I hear about this, even better deal! I wonder if I can cancel my order before it is processed, I may get lucky as it was a Sat. I'll try calling first thing in the morning to cancel. I would love to get the 3 day PH+ instead, and visit one of the waterparks. What a great deal!
Imarino, I looked on the Alamo website, and they don't give the details of the tickets, just the # to call. Was that price with or without tax?
Thanks so much for the quick reply, Lou! Sorry, I see now your user name is Lmarino, not Imarino.
Oh, I am really crossing my fingers that I can cancel that other order tomorrow. Heck, I would even rent from Alamo if I had to (just saw they are $10 cheaper than Dollar, but offsite).
Thanks again!
I do not think you will need to actually rent from Alamo. When I called they never asked for a reservation number or anything, just whether I was renting from Alamo. The number actually connects to a Dinsey reservation center.
Just wanted to let you know that Alamo is now onsite. They are actually partnered with National. National is supposed to be geared towards the business traveller and Alamo toward the leisure traveller.

MK Familystone - I'm a DC member and looking for 3 day PH's.
I didn't see any for WDW - just for Disneyland in the lastest newsletter.
Can you let me know if it is for WDW too?
Thanks!

You won't see them in your DC newsletter. There is no DC discount on them and you need to order them through the number listed on the Alamo website. You do not have to be renting a car from them to purchase the tickets.
