We are getting married on August 10th and applying for our marriage license on August 8th. Is that enough time? Also, which clerk's office is closest to Disney? We will be getting the tuxes the same day in Kissimmee if there is one close to that area. Wow...it's coming down to the wire now.

I don't believe there is a delay for NON-resident. The closest court house is in Kissimmee - downtown.

We went to downtown (orange county courthouse). we are from NY, no waiting period. we went, filled out the paperwork, gave them our id, had a seat for about 10 minutes while they processed it, then they had us swear blah blah blah, and we walked right out with it. Quick and painless!
