3 cheers for mission space green!

I was finally able to enjoy Mission Space last week! I rode it in the summer of 03 when it was in soft open and I about puked. At the end of 03 the rest of the family rode it but I bailed before the actual "trip". I don't do well with motion simulators.
This time I chose the "green" ride. The first time my kids all rode "Orange" with DH, then the second time the girls rode green with me. The line for green was a lot shorter and both times our vehicles were not full. This was on a EMH night at about 10 and we waited 5-15 minutes.
I really enjoyed the scenery and the ride this time, as opposed to sitting there praying I wouldn't throw up!
If you had a rough time with this ride before, give it another try--just make sure you ride the "green" side!

Is green the orginal, intense version?

If it is, when I went to EPCOT I loved these. It was amazing one of the best thrill rides ever!

The original is now called the orange.

Green is for GO and try it No spinning just Sim movement and video.

Orange is for caution and pulling the G's

I did the regular on different trips but now I really enjoyed the green as DD would get on with me .

Very good to know. I want to try out Mission Space but I am prone to motion sickness. I'll give the Green side a go this time since it doesn't have the spinning!

OH Robin thank you for your review now I am all geared up to GO would never to it before for health reasons. I am so glad I can go now I just love space adventure. I can't do Space Mountain as I Hate Roller Coaster went on once and never ever again. My who days was shot to @%@% from the ride. The best I can do with that type of ride is Thunder Mountain and then only once per trip.

We also did the Green line in May and it was fantastic! Just as exciting as Orange and you don't get sick!! When we did Orange last year, my DH was a little sick and swore he would never ride it again, but I convinced him to try Green in May and we really enjoyed it! So glad the now offer this option
