Do 3 Broomsticks & The Leaky Cauldron have outdoor dining? Any other recommendations for outdoor dining?

I'm not sure if you can eat on the patio at the 3 Broomsticks or if that is just for Hogshead Inn customers. The 2 are attached inside so hopefully someone can chime in. Indoors at LC.
Thunderfalls Terrace is a good one to check out.

Thunderfalls is our favourite QS in the parks hands down.

3 Broomstick used to have an awesome outdoor area that overlooks the castle.

But now the ambience has been destroyed by the Velociraptor coaster which goes right by it.
Such a shame!
