I am trying to find out what all Disney resorts have 3 bedroom villas as an option. Can everybody list the ones they know of?

I've stayed in 3 bedrooms in both OKW and SSR. I believe that the VGF and BWV also have 3 bedrooms, I'm not sure about other locations, possibly the BLT???

Baylake does have them. But, let me tell you 3 bedrooms anywhere are really hard to get. We booked our November trip back in February and we could never find a 3 bedroom at any resort. I have looked on and off since February and never seen one pop up.

Seven of the DVC Villas have 3 bedroom Grand Villas. However, there are so few of them at each resort that your chances of getting one through cash is going to be next to impossible. In fact, I'm not even sure if they're available to non DVC members.

AKV -Jambo (6)
AKV - Kidani (16)
BLT (14)
BWV (7)
OKW (27)
SSR (36)
VGF (6)

Any 3 bedrooms unused by DVC are released to the public. But, you are right, looks like it rarely happens. We used a TA and she says she has never been able to book one for someone.

No kidding on the difficulty getting them. We had booked, and paid for, through Disney World Dot Com, for a 3 bedroom Villa as there were going to be 9 of us and we needed all the bed space. Because we were leaving New England in the winter, we experienced some snow related issues which delayed our trip. When we finally arrived at OKW, we were exhausted from 19 hours of traveling instead of 3. We were checked in, and off we went to our room -- hmm, there doesn't seem to be a third bedroom, just 2. Call to the front desk does no good, as we know we aren't really speaking to the front desk. So, off we go to the front desk and we ask what's going on. "we are sorry, we didn't have a 3 bedroom and that is only a request......" wrong thing to say to two lawyers, especially when one is a litigator and she is tired and hungry.......3 phone calls later, off to SSR to a 3 bedroom unit...where the manager there made the fatal mistake of saying "well, I hope our complimentary upgrade makes you happy..." You can see his remains in the pirates of the Caribbean ride, he's the one pulling the rope trying to get the keys from the dog.......

Seriously, they booked a 3 bedroom villa, at a significant cost over a 2 bedroom and then implied that it was only a request, and then "upgraded" us to the room we had already paid for.

All the three bedroom villas at WDW are DVC resort villas. So they usually go to DVC members first for points stays at 11 months out. Any not booked by seven months out by members with home resort points can be booked by any member. At 60 days out, any unbooked DVC inventory is turned over to Disney Reservation Center to sell for cash. So you might find something 60 days out.

Three bedroom Grand Villas sleep 12 people plus one under the age of three. There are several two bedroom villas (OKW, BLT, AKV) that currently sleep nine plus one under the age of three in those units. BLT and AKV-Kidani Village also have a third bathroom. The Treehouse Villas at SSR also sleep nine plus one under the age of three and have three bedrooms (two bedrooms with a single queen bed, one with a set of bunks - plus a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair in the living room).

Three bedroom villas, other than the tree houses, can not be booked online. You have to call to book them. They are hard to get but not impossible. We are staying at one at BLT in November. I booked it last December.

Well! That would explain a lot!
