Are the 3 and 4 day Play Pass tickets hoppers? If not can that option be added ?

They are not hoppers. Adding hopping costs $25, or just a bit more (can't recall with the price increase.) Of course, all of this is only available to FL residents.

park hoppers can be added to any ticket. They cost $35 for a single day ticket. Days 2-10 are an extra $55 per person regardless of day.

Anyone can add park hopping, yes. But the OP was asking about the 3-Day and 4-Day Play Passes, which are only available to Florida residents.

For Florida Residents it is $27.50 (plus tax) to add hopping or WPF&M to any multi-day ticket. This includes the Play-3 and Play-4. For one-day Florida Resident tickets hopping can be added for $17.50.
