3 adults and 2 kids (7 and 8) HELP!!

I currently have a ressie at WL for my family of 4 in a Woods View room. My mother would now like to come with us as this may be the only time she can visit DW with her grandchildren. Are you allowed to have 3 adults and 2 kids in a reg. room at WL? What about a one bedroom villa at WL? Am traveling Feb 6-10 so need an answer quickly. Really want to stay at WL. Thanks for the help..

Standard room you can only have 4 people . Deluxe room you can have 6.

The only rooms that can hold the amount of people you are considering are the Deluxe rooms, Presidential Suite, and 2 bedroom villas. Most of the other deluxe resorts can hold 5 people in one room.

You might want to check out the pricing for one of the Villa rooms. If you can find a DVC member who would be willing to sell their points, you can sometimes get a real bargain! Go to the DVC board and start asking. You may get real lucky!

Occupancy in a one bedroom villa is four plus one child under the age of 3. So you have one too many. You would fit very nicely into a two bedroom villa, though.

You may want to book two connecting room s at a moderate instead. The kids could sleep while the adults watch TV, etc. And you'd have two bathrooms!

This is exactly what I did for our trip in February. My dad is coming with us so we booked 2 rooms at POFQ.

Most of the other deluxes, Poly, GF, Contemporary, YC, BC and BWI will hold 5 people. It would probably be cheaper to get one of those deluxes than two standard WL rooms. Also your kids would love staying in a monorail resort since they seem the right age for MK.

With 3 adults in one deluxe room you may be charged an additional $25 fee (per night). Just one more thing to think about!
