3/4 bdrm affordable suggestions...

Lots of family going down and meeting the last week in October...we all have places, but my brother has decided to join us. It's him, his daughter, his son and then 3 granddaughters..they could manage in a 3 bedroom......It's almost midnight here and I'm weary from searching all the threads and trying to find a reasonable priced place for them that week. Does anyone have any suggestions? We'd like to keep it around 700$/800$ or so...if that's possible. The rest of us are staying at OL on 192. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks for whatever direction you can point me in!! Barb in Texas

When I was searching for a place to stay, I found that Lindfields and Grand Palms were the least expensive options in Kissimmee. Here are a few properties that are 3 or 4 bedroom that I pulled up that had availability the last week of October.

Did you check the VRBO listings for Kissimmee. You would be renting directly from an owner which we always do.

As Dougsmom said there are lots in the Orange Lake and Formosa Gardens area. You just have to sift through them to find what you're looking for. Don't be afraid to ask for a quote from one that may be a little higher than you want cause sometimes owners will give you a better deal.
I presume you'll have a vehicle. Staying like this doesn't work without a vehicle.

We have VRBO #18292 rented for May 2009.
3 bedroom, 2 bath. small pool for a very reasonable price. Close to WDW
I think there is a couch you can open up.

We just stayed in a very nice 3 bedroom/2bath large condo in June at Windsor Palms. The owner only charged us $95 a night ALL cleaning fees and taxes includes. PM me if you want the contact information. We are considering renting from this owner again in September because they were very nice to deal with.

I just negotiated a 3BR/2BA villa in Davenport for $550 for 8 days (including taxes, cleaning, etc). It takes a little ride to get to WDW (about 20 minutes or so), but I didn't find that too difficult last year.

We've stayed at Grand Palms twice, and to quote my hubby, "Why would we stay anywhere else?" The prices are very good, and it's a very nice place. It took us 10-15 minutes to get to the Disney parks. I have a review on the review section of this board.

When looking at VRBO or vacationrentals.com, check out the Emerald Island subdivision. We've stayed at a town home villa that would work for you. FWIW.
