That is awesome. We did do EB check in. Was not going to take any chances but still worried about getting a mid to lower boarding assignment. It will be our 3 kids 1st flights too but they are ages 10-15 so should be a good experience for them.

If you did early bird you should definitely be fine getting seats together. I never do EB, and granted I fly solo, but I always check in right at the 24hr mark and so I board shortly after EB folks and there's always lots of spots left where families could be close.

I think you will make the end of your reservation but I also wouldn't try. Ohana is one of those places that we like to take out time and enjoy. Our kids enjoys the coconut races and hula dancing. They also enjoy wathing them cook. It is a place we like to have a few drinks and relax. I also hate to go to dinner on check in day without being in our room first. I like to freshen up and change clothes before going out.

WIth a 3:30 ADR you may not be in your room beofre you go to dinner.
