DSis and I tried Artist Point and had a very nice meal. We had a special that evening and I cannot recall what is was called. It was a special steak from Japan (I know that sounds weird), small roasted potatoes, and the best asparagus either of us had ever had. Also, the bread and butter was very nice. Price-This was a $100 meal for the 2 of us.

We ate at Artist Point Dec. 21 , 2010.
It's a beautiful restaurant and we were really looking forward to it.
I had the cheese plate (excellent) and my husband had the mushroom soup (also excellent!)
We both had the beef tenderloin which was good but my potatoes were overcooked - even burned a little.
Overall we did enjoy trying a new restaurant and would probably eat there again to give it another try. It is worth a visit as the setting is lovely.
Our favourite signature restaurants still remain Jiko and Cali Grill.

Your steak and vegetables look great. I ate there in Feb. and had a great meal. Sometimes I wonder why AP get such negative reviews. I really enjoyed the relaxed setting and the food.

I forgot to mention-we had a great CM/waitress, Becky-she was AWESOME!
